After a rough day cycling, this was just what I needed. Booking by phone was incredibly easy, and the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. They had a secure spot for my bike in the courtyard, and the staff were so friendly. Ferrara's lovely center is only about a ten-minute walk away. A really good stay.

I stayed for three days and checked out early this morning. I had registered with a different email address. I stand by what I said: the room wasn't very clean, with dirty sheets and walls, among other things. It was cold, too.

The rooms are fresh, clean, and nicely decorated, and I had a pleasant stay. The center is around a 10-15 minute walk. If you arrive by car, keep the ZTL rules in mind: you can't park at the apartment, but there is free parking nearby.

I had a roomy, clean quadruple room in a charming little historic building. The Castle is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The bakery right by the entrance is very good, and the café across the street does excellent breakfasts. The staff are friendly, helpful with information, and make you feel at home. Milena was especially kind and helpful.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. The building itself is elegant, with a simple, refined style. It's a great base for seeing this wonderful city.
