The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and I slept well on the mattress. Emiliano was kind and nice. It's in a pleasant part of Ferrara, right by free parking and about a 15-minute walk from the center. One small suggestion: offer a bit more choice at breakfast.

We found this lovely Booking.com house at a great price, with comforts for up to four people in room 2. The welcome and flexibility were top notch. Still, there were some real drawbacks: almost none of the basic products were provided apart from hand soap, and some of the products for sale had expired seven months earlier. The lack of soundproofing often disturbed our sleep, too. You could hear locals putting out glass at 5 in the morning, as they apparently do habitually.

The place is right in the heart of Ferrara's historic center, and the host was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Cleanliness and amenities made it a perfect choice for my business stay. I highly recommend it.

I spent two months here and found the property modern and welcoming, close to the center. The owner was extremely kind and took care of all our needs. Great value for money. Thank you!

A brand-new apartment with plenty of privacy and just the right amount of space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs on the second floor there's a large bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Perfect.
