I found the property better than some of the other reviewers made it sound. The location is good, and there's secure parking if you're driving. The rooms are on the small side, but still comfortable. Ours was clean, the overnight staff were helpful, and breakfast was better than average. I'd stay again.

We were Indian tourists on an EU group tour itinerary. The hospitality was good, and they arranged nice Indian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

A waste of money and the worst experience. There was no hospitality or amenities. Indians especially shouldn't choose this place.

Breakfast was just okay, though the juice and fruit were nice. The service was really poor, and the room was bad. It took 30 minutes to check out even though everything was in order. The woman at the counter barely spoke English and worked very slowly. I couldn't set the air conditioning below 22°C, and it reset to 24°C every time I entered or left the room. I slept badly because of that.

The staff were ordinary but accommodating, and I liked the smart power system, which should make the building more economical and sustainable to run. The location is excellent: about five minutes from the historic center and a 15-minute walk from the train station. The room was clean, with practical details like the lights, sockets, and storage. The bathroom was large for the overall room, though the shower felt cramped even for me, and I'm not a big guy. I could hear my neighbor's TV through the connecting door, which didn't block sound well. The mattress was soft but had a small dip in the middle, which could bother someone with back pain. You can rent bicycles, but insurance is no longer offered, so the room leaflet should be updated.
