Arco' Suite B&B

The terrace view is spectacular, and the price is exceptional for this location. You're just steps from the Cathedral, the Castle, and the Port, which is lovely in the evening and makes a great base for seeing Trani and the surrounding area. The room isn't very big, but it was spotless. It's on the third floor with no elevator, as the reservation makes clear. Claudio was a kind and helpful host. Highly recommended.

The rooms are easy to get into with the electronic locks, and there's a mini fridge. Like most B&Bs, though, you need to bring your own water. Breakfast comes as vouchers for the bar next door. There's paid parking nearby. The location is excellent, two blocks from the cathedral and two from the Trani port, where there's nightlife and nice places to spend the evening. I was happy with my stay.

I stayed for two days from April 25, 2025. The location is enviable and the price was fair, but there was no service. Breakfast wasn't provided, and even a bottle of water, some toiletries, or a little basket with a sachet would've been welcome. Still a positive stay, with a few inexpensive things that could make it better.

The room was clean, but there was no shower gel, so we bought some locally, and I spotted a small insect in the coffee machine. I couldn't attach a photo. They put effort into things like codes for the front door and room door, but the communication with guests needs work. The only important reminder we got was to pay the balance about two weeks ahead. The property is right in Trani's historic center, which is a great location. Secure parking is the catch, since the nearest option is a ten-minute walk away. Before booking and again afterward, I asked the owner about parking. She'd said she had booked it, but didn't answer my question or tell us about the walk. We only figured out what to do with the car because local restaurateurs gave us the information. The communication issue came up again when she requested our documents on WhatsApp, and we never saw her at checkout.
