We rented one of the houses, the one for 4/5 guests, for three months, and had repeated trouble with both the house and the landlady Eleonora. The cleaning was supposed to be included, but it was inadequate and we had to remind them to come, otherwise it simply wasn't done. We were also told breakfast was included when we paid by the month, then Eleonora said it wasn't included for us, despite the €1500 monthly price. The living room shares a wall with the office, which opens right next to it, and the walls aren't soundproof. We could hear Eleonora shouting from 7 am onward. For two weeks, work at the house started at 8 am and was so noisy we tried to spend as little time there as possible. She didn't seem concerned about the disruption. She tried to charge us for all sorts of things, including mold in the house, which we believe came from an insulation problem. We had no complaints during the rental, and she even repeatedly said she was delighted with us. But when we left at Christmas, she tried to charge us for cleaning that was already included. For a stay longer than a week, I wouldn't risk it. A few days might be fine, but it didn't feel reliable for a longer rental. She'll probably reply by saying we were the worst tenants and blaming us for things that didn't happen. She knows that's a lie.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and the rooms were clean. But the pool was gross and small, and there were tons of mosquitoes. We were woken at 5 am because the dining room is right across from the guest rooms and it was very noisy.
