I booked through Booking, where free cancellation was clearly stated, but had to cancel because of visa problems. They still refused to refund me and gave no valid reason. Then they accused me of giving fake information and even implied fraud, which is completely untrue and unfair. They keep ignoring my messages and show no respect for customers. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

I canceled my Booking.com reservation within the free cancellation period, but my money still hasn’t been returned. Please refund me immediately. This is a real scam, don’t book here!

Customer service was awful. I asked for a refund after canceling for personal reasons, but the person I spoke to on the phone was rude and refused. They called me a scammer. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A great place for a longer stay. You can get around easily on foot or by bike, and they look after their guests well.

They canceled our reservation just hours before we were due to arrive and couldn’t handle the emergency. We’d been planning the trip for months and were bringing our gravel bikes. It was May 1, so finding another place with locked bike storage was difficult. An unspeakable, irresponsible way to act.
