By day two, we still had no hot water, even after asking several times, and were met with total indifference. We had to climb four flights, with no working lifts. A very poor experience. By CT

This family-run hotel is friendly, with big renovated rooms and nice decor. Breakfast was generous and served on a panoramic terrace. The location is the best in town.

A good hotel in a convenient location. The rooms and reception are on the third floor, and there’s lift access.

You can’t beat the location. Our large room looked out over the piazza, though the air conditioning was a bit weak.
