Sara was so kind and helpful throughout our weekend at Dimora Santa Barbara. The room was cozy, with thoughtful touches like air fresheners in the room and bathroom and a kit for herbal tea and coffee. She even left three welcome chocolates on our bedside table. The property is about a 10-minute walk from the castle, close to the city center. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again! 🤩

WE HAD A GREAT TIME DURING OUR TWO DAYS WITH SARA, ON 23 AND 24 APRIL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND CONVENIENT, AND MOST OF ALL SHE WAS SO AVAILABLE AND KIND. THANK YOU, SARA. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST.

The room was clean and nicely furnished, but I wasn't convinced by the glass partition or the wall facing the front of the rooms. We were woken in the middle of the night by the street cleaners, who switched on all the lights and made a hell of a racket. Our neighbors were noisy too. The location is nice, but that setup needs another look.

Manuela was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. Getting around was easy from this excellent location, with public transport close by and the university and city center both convenient to reach. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to Ferrara!
