The place was clean and nice. The entrance is around the back, checkout is early at 10, and they only provide hand towels, no large ones.

We went in August and were very happy with our stay. The room was spotless, and we'd recommend it to anyone planning a few days in Ferrara.

The room had everything we needed, and it was comfortable and extremely clean.

10/10
The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and soft, cozy pillows. The host was friendly and helpful, and the place was easy to reach. Furnishings are pleasant and functional. There are several kinds of coffee, though tea choices are limited and there wasn't any milk. The second-floor view was nice, while the first-floor one less so. Prices are good.

The manager also runs a restaurant/pizzeria about 50 meters away, and there was nothing else we had to complain about. It's a simple B&B with modern furnishings, a comfortable bed, a clean, adequately sized bathroom, and outdoor parking a few meters away. The bathroom has no window or exhaust system. Getting in means going around the building, which wasn't ideal. Maybe the weather or renovation work had something to do with it.
