The welcome at reception was kind and they made check-in easy. Breakfast was another story. We had to keep asking for forks because none were set out in the buffet, and the waitress was rude. The way we were spoken to felt disrespectful, beyond just the missing cutlery. I raised it with the restaurant manager, but he was rude too and spoke sharply. We’d been told at check-in that breakfast ran from 06.30 to 10.30, so we started at 06.30. At 07.10 the waitress said it had ended at 07.00. We hadn’t finished eating when they told us to leave. Really disappointing.

The room was recently done up and comfortable, and the location is handy, right across from the station. Ilaria at reception was especially good, very professional and attentive to what I needed.

We had a nice stay, and the staff were good. The room was small, but really lovely and clean. We liked the croissants and cake at breakfast. There’s parking behind the hotel, and it’s very close to the center. Nice place for a night or two.

Breakfast was the weak spot for me. There was a decent choice, but it was the same every day and could use more variety. The rest of my stay at Radisson Hotel in Ferrara was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help, and the hotel was well kept and comfortable. It’s easy to get around from here, with the train station just nearby and the city center about a 15-minute walk away. That makes it convenient for seeing Ferrara as well as places around it. I’d recommend the hotel for the location, helpful staff, and comfort.

The rooms are on the small side, but clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, and the hotel is right across from the train station, which is a good location.
