The stay was great value, and we’d happily come back. Mr. Massimo was generous and discreet, always around if we needed advice or anything else. He set us up with a comfortable sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen, so we could make breakfast ourselves whenever it suited us. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, mosquito nets, air conditioning, and a superb shower. Dimora Spina is in a quiet, well-kept residential neighborhood with plenty of parking, between Ferrazzano and Campobasso. Both have panoramic views from the terrace. Highly recommended.

The place was peaceful, and the owner was very helpful. But several things need attention. The bathroom towels seemed like they’d been salvaged, and the entrance to the room was so dimly lit that I had to go back to the door to switch on the light. The gate was left open all the time, so practically anyone could walk right into the house.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the apartments were clean, hygienic, and kept in excellent condition. The kindness, courtesy, and willingness to help really stood out. This place deserves our utmost respect.

What really impressed me was the owner’s enthusiasm for helping us plan the perfect trip around Molise, guiding us step by step. The apartment itself was beautiful, in a quiet spot surrounded by nature.
