The breakfast cakes are delicious, and the place is kept very clean. Francesca makes you feel at home at this excellent B&B just outside Rome. Highly recommended.

We stayed four days as a family, and Francesca welcomed us with such a sincere smile that we felt like honored guests. The location is strategic, and we’ll be back as soon as we can. Our room was spacious, clean, and smelled lovely. Breakfast was excellent too, with Francesca’s homemade cakes and biscuits and cappuccino just like you’d get at a bar. Thank you for everything, Francesca.

My sisters had come from America hoping to stay somewhere green and quiet, and Francesca’s house, surrounded by olive trees, was just what they wanted. We were there for three nights with family visiting from abroad, and we were all very happy. The villa is away from public transport noise and late-night partying, yet it’s close to the toll booth. After a long day walking around Rome, we were back in 20 minutes in my sister’s rental car. The place is among villas and greenery, not out on the outskirts. The rooms were charming, nicely furnished, spotless, and felt like home. The linens were spotless too, and breakfast was excellent. The only downside was trying to stop at a small portion of Francesca’s delicious homemade cakes. We highly recommend it and will definitely return.
