After two visits, we’re already eager to return to Presulis. The owners Sylvia and Meinhard clearly put care into every detail, and with other family members involved, there’s a personal, family warmth throughout. The staff are consistently kind and attentive, and seem genuinely invested in making each stay memorable. The atmosphere feels authentic, with beautifully made woodwork and tasteful interiors that bring tradition together with modern comfort. There’s a peaceful wellness area with a sauna and heated pool that never feels crowded, and the restaurant serves outstanding local cuisine prepared by a remarkably talented chef. Presulis meets and even exceeds its own high standards. For us, it’s a 10 out of 10.

Unexpected costs made the final bill much higher than we expected. Reception was almost never staffed, and the customer service was terrible. They didn’t help us find a solution at all.
