B&B Le Cannelle Fiesole

Breakfast was a highlight for my family and me: each morning there were regional foods, homemade cakes, tasty omelettes, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and fresh orange juice. The owners were attentive from booking through checkout, shared maps and restaurant suggestions, showed us the bus to Florence, and helped us with tickets. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, too. Our rooms at B&B Le Cannelle were immaculate, with modern air conditioners and refrigerators. Free bottled water, comfortable beds, and extra pillows and blankets made things cosy. Set in the hills above Florence, the place has serene surroundings and stunning views. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

My room looked out over the famous rolling hills of Tuscany, and the air conditioning was so quiet I could sleep with it running. In this historic building, the staircase is quite steep and narrow, which may be difficult for very young or very old guests. The B&B has newly reopened under new management and is comfortable, close to Fiesole's main square and a local supermarket. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was friendly and helpful.

Stefania was a lovely hostess, very accommodating when we arrived early and really nice to talk to. The rooms were cosy, just as you'd expect from a B&B, and breakfast was very nice.

I chose Fiesole to avoid the crowds in Florence, and had a wonderful time at Eleonora's BnB. She's such a wonderful host and loves Fiesole, with lots of good sights to recommend.
