Elisabetta and Giuseppe made us feel so welcome, always attentive and ready to help. We had a spacious, clean double room with air conditioning, and the breakfast was excellent, especially Elisabetta's delicious homemade baking. A fantastic stay, and we're grateful for their generous hospitality.

The terrace was comfortable and relaxing, but you had to buy something to use it. The room itself was lovely, and the hosts were friendly. Breakfast was lovely too, and the location worked well for stopping to see the villas on the way to Venice. But with a baby and no breeze or working air conditioning, it was unbearably hot, like an oven. We were told there was air conditioning, but it wouldn't be turned on until the following week. This could easily be a five-star stay if they switched it on when it's hot and let guests enjoy the terrace without requiring a purchase.

There's a lovely personal touch throughout, from the candles and pretty pillows to the homemade cookies, and the ceilings are nice too. The room had AC, and the owner was helpful. Breakfast was perhaps a little too sweet for me, though tastes differ :) It's a cosy place, and I'd recommend it.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, and the owners were really friendly. The location is great, with an easy drive to Venice or the airport in about 30 minutes. Good value, too.
