We arrived at Casa Artemisia after walking along a steep, awkward path in the sun, with no water or help getting there. The person who met us gave us no directions and quickly sent us on our way. Then we found a cockroach infestation, and had to leave the apparently lovely little house and find somewhere else ourselves. It seemed no pest treatment had been done before the tourist season. The owner was rude and dismissive, downplayed the problem, and offered the apartment next door, which would presumably have had the same issue. The agency did refund the full stay, but that didn't undo how distressing the experience was. Nobody apologized or helped us. A real nightmare.
