Hotel Del Golfo

The view of the sea is good, the rooms are clean, and the staff were friendly. A broken shower hose was repaired the same day. Two things could be better: more savory breakfast choices, such as unsweetened muesli, and fixing the broken stairs down to the beach.

The location is great and all the rooms have a very nice sea view, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is badly organized and there’s no air conditioning. It was so humid in the room that the new clothes in my luggage became damp. When we asked to change rooms because the air conditioning didn’t work, most of the staff shrugged us off, said we were asking too much, and acted like things were fine as they were. The shower smelled of sewer, and they took the towels out of the room without replacing them. It’s not worth the money. Go somewhere else, which is surely better and cheaper.

Everything was clean and well organized, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was great too, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 6 days with my husband and our 8-year-old daughter, and everything was wonderful. The staff were so kind. Thanks to manager Anais for welcoming us warmly and checking throughout our stay that everything was okay, and to Anna at reception, who was extraordinary and helped us with everything from booking until we left. What a great team, you’re doing a really good job! 🙏👏 Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, with a direct sea view, a comfortable bed, an extendable sofa, quality bedding, and a large bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. Everything was sparkling clean, with lovely attention to detail. The hotel terrace restaurant was very good, and breakfast was plentiful, including gluten-free options. There’s secure parking, too. The beach is right in front of the hotel, with access from the courtyard. It’s public, but serves only the hotels in that area, which we really appreciated. The location in Liguria is beautiful, with a fabulous sea view. For an intimate place with a wonderful view of the sea, Hotel Del Golfo should be your choice! ❤️
