Federico made us feel welcome from the start and was genuinely friendly and helpful before and throughout our stay. We also tried his beach facilities at Bagni Nautico and had apero at his Bar Milano, both of which were just as lovely as the accommodation. The apartment was very clean and modern, with everything we needed, and secure parking that was easy to use. Its location is hard to beat, right across from the beach, beside a supermarket, and only a few minutes on foot from restaurants, cafes, and town. We only stayed two nights, but we'd gladly come back.

Federico was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive. The house felt like home, and it's wonderfully peaceful despite being right by the sea and just a two-minute walk from the city center, with restaurants and bars all around. A perfect stay.

Fede was kind and helpful from the beginning, and the room at Casa del Molo was lovely, finished with care in every detail. The private garage was a great bonus, and the sea is only steps away. For breakfast, I recommend Bagno Nautico and Cafè Milano. We'll be back next year.

Federico is warm and helpful, with great advice, and welcomed us at his Milano bar, where we enjoyed cappuccinos and aperitifs. La Casa del Molo is also so conveniently placed: just steps from the beach, 500 meters from Nautico Beach, and close to shops and the town center. We'd be very happy to return.

The garage is handy, and both the sea and the charming center are an easy walk away. Above all, the host Frederico was so friendly and welcoming. Don't miss his wonderful bagni Nautico. Our studio was spotless, with a comfortable bed. We highly recommend this lovely place in Finale Ligure.
