It took about 20-30 minutes to walk to the promenade, since the apartment is quite far from the city center. Inside, it was very dirty, with musty patches in a couple of corners on the wall.

The location, bike garage, and laundry area were good. The apartments feel a bit shabby and dated, though. The bathroom especially badly needs renovating, and the mattresses should be replaced.

We had a wonderful two weeks here and would happily come back. The kitchen had an induction stovetop, and the apartment also came with electric shutters, air conditioning, and a washing machine. It seemed well set up for mountain bikers too, with a bike wash, workshop, and even some bikes guests could use, though I'm no expert. The apartment itself was well equipped and conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from both the beach and Finalborgo.

The one real downside was having no outdoor dining area. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable, with sheets and towels included, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was convenient for walking to Finalborgo, about 600 meters away, and the sea, around 700 meters. The Coop supermarket and bus stop are nearby, making it easy to get to Varigotti and Malpasso. A great experience.
