Wow, just wow!

The location was good, and the small rooms felt cozy, with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. But on New Year's Eve 2025, breakfast was practically absent: 500 mg of milk for two rooms. The owner seemed a bit stingy apart from breakfast, and controlled the heating remotely, choosing when it went off.

I slept comfortably, even with my fussy back, and the room was airy and spacious, with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, desk and chairs in light colors. On sunny mornings, the window across from the bed made waking up easy. There was a TV on the wall opposite the bed, a lamp on each bedside table and an air conditioner above the bedroom door. The bathroom was modern, had a window and opened onto the balcony. The place sits in a courtyard near other similar properties, down a small alley. The entrance isn't very large, but it has a little table and a kitchen with a well-stocked pantry, coffee maker, fridge and built-in oven. There were plenty of outlets, which I needed for all my devices, and the Wi-Fi worked well when I used it. I could use the kitchen for breakfast. For the service provided, the price was a real bargain.

Giovanni, the owner, was there to help with anything, and we had a great stay. The B&B has been renovated, with new furniture and rooms that are well cared for, air-conditioned and working properly. Its location near the highway was especially handy. Highly recommend it.
