Lido

We booked a family room at Maison Lido, across from the hotel, and were amazed by how spacious and extremely clean it was. There were three balconies, and the fast room cleaning was excellent. Extra blankets and towels were already available, and the cleaning ladies were considerate and kept smiling as they worked. The appetizer buffet was nicely prepared for each meal, and the food was fresh, tasty, and mouth-watering. Even when service was busy, everyone was polite, good-humored, and checked that we were enjoying ourselves. We liked chatting with them when there was a chance. Every staff member we met, from reception to the cleaning team, barista, and service staff, was delightful and eager to help. They clearly care about their work. A special thanks to reception, and especially Liudmila, who made our vacation possible. It’s wonderful how much you care about your clients, and what a great person you are. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and we’ll be back as soon as we can. It’s hard to find a hotel this good with such great workers.

The staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel looks good. We came as a family, and it was disappointing that the pool and children’s area were closed. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, but my partner and I woke up bitten all over. We think it might have been mosquitoes, though we never saw any, so it could have been the bedding. The beds were quite hard and had limited covers. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I’d come again, but they need to open the pool, since that’s what we paid for.

The beach is close, the rooms are clean, and the food is good. The staff are friendly.

We ate very well, and the staff were lovely. A good hotel.
