We were welcomed so well by the very polite staff. The room was nice and clean, with all the comforts, and the jacuzzi was comfortable. In the morning they brought us a really generous breakfast in the room. We’ll definitely come back.

It’s in a handy spot for travelers, but our stay was let down by the room. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was cold and we had to leave it on all night, and there wasn’t much soundproofing. The staff didn’t respond to our requests.

Cascina San Michele is a quiet place surrounded by greenery in Fisciano, a short distance from Salerno. The staff are friendly and always available, and there’s free parking for guests. Rooms are comfortable and prices are very low. It’s a simple, welcoming spot for relaxing, with Salerno and the Amalfi Coast within reach. Could suit a romantic weekend, a family holiday, or a short work trip.

After eight hours on the road in 35-degree heat, walking into a room that already had the air conditioning on was such a relief. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and pets are welcome. We stopped here on the drive from Venice to Sicily to avoid the mid-August rush hour, and it worked out perfectly. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the comforts, including mosquito nets. We’ll be back!

The secluded location and parking were a plus, and it was a quiet place to rest in a cozy, generally nice room. The shower was a downside, and the breakfast was decidedly poor. Some bathroom shelves and maintenance for the shower heads would help. Still, given what we paid, I’d recommend the property.
