The hotel was great value, with breakfast included, a good sized room, and a nice view from my window. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location right across from boboli gardens made it easy to walk to attractions and local restaurants. A very pleasant stay. I’d definitely go back. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was a convenient base. Boboli Gardens is right across the road, there are great places to eat nearby, and the bus stop is just 50 meters away. It really improved my stay.

Anna at reception deserves a special thank you. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of useful information 😇. They also let me leave my backpack before check-in when I asked. I was traveling alone and wanted to stay near the city center. You can walk from Firenze SMN train station, and the picturesque streets along the way are already a treat. The hotel is right beside the Boboli Gardens. The building has lots of character, with sculptures and artwork in the entrance and lobby that make it feel like a special place. My room looked out over the Boboli Gardens. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and even had an internal AC unit, which you don’t always find. I’m fully satisfied ☺️ and would book the same hotel again if I return to Florence.

The rooms have a lovely retro style, and both of ours were good and clean. We stayed twice on separate short trips, with two different rooms, and it was a good experience each time. The hotel is near the city center and some nice places around town. We could leave our luggage before check-in and after checkout. Merci Anna! You were a wonderful host, so friendly and knowledgeable about Firenze.
