The room was new and very clean, the staff were nice, and the location was great. For Florence, the price was really good compared with other hotels.

The room stayed spotless and tidy throughout my stay. The cleaning lady was kind and professional, and did a great job every day. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a very pleasant time and would gladly stay again.

The location is fantastic, and the rooms are roomy and comfortable, with a modern look and high ceilings. I had an excellent experience.

This was one of the nicest B&Bs we've stayed in, clean and beautiful. It's a recent addition to Hotel Lilium across the street, and the staff were kind. We had a great stay and would be happy to return.
