Breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The spa was another story: the tub felt small, and four out of ten hydromassage tubs were broken. The sauna and Turkish bath were decent, but the showers were coated in limescale, their jets sprayed unpredictably, the bathrooms were dirty, and the drains weren't working. The herbal tea area was especially bleak, basically a closet with no light and just one teapot, so guests had to take turns and couldn't tell where to get tea. Our room was welcoming, though its bathroom light was broken and we had to use the light in the mirror.

The staff were really friendly, and I especially want to mention the spa team. They were kind, helpful, and excellent. The hotel is nice and easy to reach, but it could do with a bit more maintenance.

The breakfast had plenty of variety and looked inviting, and everyone we dealt with was friendly. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and warm. The property itself is large and only a short distance from the Fiuggi Springs. We enjoyed the spa, although it needs some upkeep, especially the whirlpool controls. We were impressed and plan to come back soon.

It was only a few minutes' walk to the Fiuggi Spring, which was a good location. The rooms had no air conditioning, and parts of the spa weren't working properly and needed maintenance. The staff weren't helpful.

The spa was loud as a market, and guests could bring slippers from who knows where. Booking a massage didn't improve things: the staff were awful, and the so-called masseurs were useless, just spreading oil around. The elevator was filthy, more like a freight lift, and the bathtub curtain looked like something from a guesthouse 30 years ago. This place is a scam!!! GIVE AT LEAST 3 STARS, MAYBE YOU CAN KEEP 1!
