Our host was kind, easy to reach, and helpful throughout, so we felt at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for all five of us. It was peaceful there, and Parco Leonardo train station was a manageable 10-15 minute drive. That's a good option if you're flexible. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and can recommend it.

The quiet residential setting is handy for both Ostia and Fiumicino, and close to the airport. There was lots of parking and room to play, and the garden was tidy and clean. Inside, the apartment was clean and comfortable; the double bed was good, though the sofa bed less so. Alessio answered questions quickly, even on WhatsApp. I would only swap the showerhead for one with better water pressure. TOP!

The house was welcoming, very clean, and in a peaceful area. Alessio replied to messages within minutes while staying discreet, and we never met him. I'd happily repeat the stay and recommend it. A few fixes would help: the shower jet is weak and makes rinsing hard, and the washing machine is loud and takes a long time. The stairs could use brighter lighting for safety at night, and a handle on the front door would help in case you accidentally lock yourself inside with your keys.

The house was decorated beautifully, and the owner was so kind and spoke English very well. We did have a little trouble with the hot water, and there was no microwave for heating food. Apart from those small things, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

A pleasant short stay, with the beaches conveniently close by.
