Capitani guest house

The owner is wonderful and always goes out of her way to meet guests' requests. We stayed for a couple of days before heading back to Dubai, and picked the place quickly because it was a 10 minute drive from the airport. It turned out to be a great find. Everything was sparkling clean, and the accommodation felt like home as soon as we walked in. There are bikes to borrow, and the beach is about a 10 minute ride away. There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from, too. They also offer an on-demand airport shuttle, breakfast was lovely, and there's a gazebo outside with a coffee machine. Highly recommend!

The owners made us feel so welcome and were incredibly gracious. Our room was airy, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was a treat, with excellent espresso, fresh brioche, salami, and cheese. You can borrow bikes, relax in a lovely courtyard, or stay in a room with a cozy balcony. We stayed at the guesthouse on the night of 10/16/24, after a cruise, so we'd be near the airport. I'm glad we did. If I'm back in Rome, I'll definitely stay with Cristiana and her family again.

A lovely place to unwind in a friendly, peaceful setting while waiting for a flight from Rome. The staff are very polite and welcoming, and breakfast is a good start to the day. They also offer a shuttle at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. The video shows the backyard, where you can sit and listen to the birds.

The hosts were so friendly. They picked us up and took us back to the airport for a reasonable fee. The place was clean and well maintained, and they even had bikes we could borrow. It's close enough to the airport, while still being near a lovely, authentic stretch of river with commercial fishing boats. We definitely plan to stay again.
