An awful experience. I arrived at night, alone after a long drive, and wasn't let in. I'd said I'd arrive at 9:30 pm and was a little late, but nobody contacted me at any point. The man said they were fully booked. If my room had been paid for again, why wasn't I refunded? Neither Agoda nor the owner gave me my money back. I'm a woman, alone in a quite dark area, and was left to find a solution myself. Agoda took no responsibility, and I definitely wouldn't recommend booking through them or staying at this guest house.

We let the hosts know in advance that we'd be arriving late, but when we got there at night, we couldn't get into the property. Our taxi driver called the number three times and nobody answered. We had to spend a huge amount on two hotel rooms instead. The hosts then tried to say we hadn't turned up. Not recommended.

The young man at reception was so kind, and we really enjoyed our stay in room number 1. It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. There's a separate area for eating, with everything needed to prepare food or have a snack, including enough for a quick breakfast. We come to Fiumicino regularly, especially this area, and this was easily the best value for money. We'll be back.
