Aircraft pass overhead during the day, but the noise stops at night and didn’t bother us. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the beach and about a 15-minute drive from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and email communication before our stay was quick and efficient. I’d definitely return. This little hotel is a gem: simple but comfortable, well maintained, and spotless. The courtyard is pretty, with a fig tree and flowering plants all around, and the view from the upper deck is amazing. We watched the sunset from up there.

We stayed for one night between the center of Rome and our flight home the next day. It was probably the quiet season, but that didn’t make any difference to us. The hotel was lovely and peaceful, and the setting was beautiful. Our two-year-old was perhaps less quiet, since they loved running around the outdoor space! We’d absolutely come back if we can.

Even though our check-out was at 5:15 AM, there was a plentiful breakfast tray waiting for us the night before. The rest of the night was quiet, and we slept comfortably. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport, too. Francesco messaged seconds after we requested it to confirm our 5:15 ride, arrived right on time at 5:14, and had a car in great condition. The ride was smooth and felt like a VIP experience. The fixed price was also better than booking through an app. We had a short stay before an early flight, but it was lovely. After-hours check-in was easy, and the charming blue automatic door and all the colors lifted my mood as soon as I walked in. There was plenty of room for us and our four suitcases. Everything was very clean, and our room had a small kitchenette. The heater was already set to a comfortable temperature when we arrived. Sincerely, LZG

Cute and quaint, and this was our third time staying here before flying out of Fiumicino. We love winding down after our Italy trips by watching the ocean sunset and looking for shells. The staff are wonderful!

We spent our last day in Italy relaxing on the beach, just a block behind the hotel. We hadn’t expected to enjoy staying near an airport so much. It feels like a lovely beach house, with a pretty, clean exterior and a courtyard garden welcoming you at the entrance. The room was very nice and well appointed. Dinner at the hotel was homemade, freshly prepared, and delicious, though the selection is very limited. I highly recommend it if you need to be close to the airport.
