Alice at reception was lovely and helpful, and Francesco, the owner, was just as friendly when we needed a few things for health reasons. We were there with family in June 2018, using two rooms. Francesco offered us the cottage, with a living room and kitchenette, two spacious upstairs rooms with private bathrooms, front and back gardens, and a private jacuzzi. The upstairs also had a baby gate, which we appreciated, and a crib was available. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with thoughtful finishes. There's also a larger pool for all guests and a shared breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of high-quality choices. The rooms were quiet and had air conditioning and a minibar. It's a five-minute walk to the sea and restaurants, and the location is even better than the lovely grounds. There's no reserved or internal parking, but we found parking on the street and nearby without trouble. The cottage stairs were quite narrow and steep, so we kept a close eye on the children. The pebble covered exterior could be awkward for a stroller or wheelchair, though it wasn't impossible. Still, it's a little oasis. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Fregene or the surrounding area. Great for families, and for couples wanting a romantic, relaxing weekend.

It's hard to find somewhere else in Fregene that's this clean and welcoming, in such a quiet area, with parking and Wi-Fi. I've stayed before and plan to come back. Thank you.

Everything is clean and peaceful here, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
