The staff were so welcoming, and the restaurant’s elegant beach-inspired design is beautiful. I’d love my home to look like it. The classic calamari was my favorite by far, and I still think about it. The amberjack and crispy red mullet were great too. A couple of small things: the peanut pesto overpowered the lobster’s sweetness in the pasta, and the clam pasta was a little salty.

Great from start to finish, from the atmosphere to the food. The service was attentive, and the quality of the raw ingredients was top-notch.

We picked the classic tasting menu with wine tasting, and it was such a great experience. The food and service were both exceptional. They adjusted the dishes for my allergies and were happy to help with everything. I’d definitely recommend the tasting menu if you’re after a special meal.

The atmosphere was delightful, and everyone at the front of house was kind, pleasant, and helpful. They handled my mollusc allergy brilliantly. The wine pairings were great too, and I recommend letting the sommelier choose freely. Every course was good, from the amuse bouches through to the dessert chocolates. I especially liked the mazzancolle and the amberjack with caviar. I just wish I’d had time for the full tasting. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

The restaurant is gorgeous, and everything I ate was beautifully cooked and presented. The milles feuilles dessert was outstanding, but the main course disappointed me: just three small langoustines. The flavors were good, though I’d expected something more elaborate, with more attention to the food itself than the presentation. I went for the degustation menu with wine pairing at this one-star restaurant. The wine glasses were so small, half the size of those at another one-star place I visited a couple of days earlier, that I’d have ordered a bottle if I’d known. Service felt rushed at times, with too many tables for so few waiters. I didn’t think the meal was worth the price. For the same money, I had a much more enjoyable experience at Il Tino in Fiumicino.
