The location was the one good thing. The building was dirty and run down, and the studio wasn’t maintained well. There were marks on the walls, cheap and flimsy furniture, a dirty duvet, and badly damaged crockery that seemed potentially dangerous to health. It was extremely hot even with the AC on, and the unit leaked, leaving a puddle on the floor. I reported it to the agency and got no response. The shower pressure was weak, the shutters were broken, and there was a cigarette butt in the window. A nightmare, I don’t recommend it at all.
