Bed and Breakfast Orsini

The apartment is in a modern area on the outskirts, with regular buses to the central station. A lift goes right to the front door. The surroundings are elegant, and the bed was comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was clean, and breakfast at the cafe downstairs was convenient. The owner and hostess was kind.

The cleanliness was really poor: stained towels and pillows, dust everywhere, and hair in both the room and bathroom. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, despite it being listed. The bathroom was tiny and down a shared corridor, separate from our room. The owner also took the table and chairs from our terrace to use at the bar downstairs on our first day, while we were out. She entered our room without asking or even warning us, which was completely unacceptable. She seemed very kind and nice, so I’m sorry to say this, but that’s no way to run a hospitality business. I also strongly advise against staying here because the owner tries to avoid issuing an invoice or receipt.

The upper terrace is fantastic, and the hostess is very friendly. We had a large double bed to relax in, and breakfast at the bar downstairs was free. Prices are very reasonable. It’s close to the center, with lovely surroundings and plenty nearby: a shopping center 300 meters away, traditional and other restaurants, a spa, hills, and shops. I’d recommend it if you want to save compared with the usual 4-star hotel and prefer a more homey stay.

Several buses serve this quiet area, and there’s a Coop and a few bars nearby. The rooms are cozy, quiet, and clean, with internal balconies. Room features vary: some have a mini fridge, drink warmer, and toilet inside, while others have an external toilet and no mini-bar. The TV works, and the bed is quite comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, and cleanliness gets 5*. Excellent for a short stay. I’d definitely come back.
