It's a little out of the way, but the garden is lovely and it’s peaceful and quiet. The room is basic, just a bed to crash in after a full day out, and there’s no kettle for making a refreshing brew. Breakfast is very limited, the food runs out easily, and it seems like one person handles everything.

The free breakfast had boiled water and cakes, and the place is close to the city centre. The shower sink was slightly clogged.

Ricardo, the owner/manager, was the highlight of our trip to Italy. He was sincere, humble, kind and fun, and my family and I still talk about him and our stay. The location was amazing, the beds were good, and breakfast was included. I meant to write this review after our trip last year, but the fact that we still remember it and I’m writing now says a lot about the great time we had at this hotel with our friend Ricardo. Thank you so much! (Me, Ricardo and my sister in the photo)

The area was green and quiet, there was no parking problem, and the owner gave us advice about the area and restaurants in Tuscany. On the downside, breakfast finished before 10:00, the air-conditioning was always loud, and the radiator wasn’t working in winter conditions.

The man at reception was kind and attentive, and breakfast was great. Having parking was a big plus for travelers, and the hotel is very close to a bus stop. You can reach the city center by bus in 10 minutes. We had an amazing two-day stay. Thank you for everything.
