The staff and accommodations were excellent, and they treated me like family throughout my stay. My room was clean and felt safe. Parking was simple, and it was easy to get to the local train. Breakfast was great, as was the restaurant attached to the hotel, so I didn't need any of the other places to eat nearby. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Firenzia.

From the top floor, the view of the Florence hills is beautiful, and the location is calm. The staff were kind and very helpful, the rooms were clean, and it was a peaceful stay for a reasonable price. The tramway to Florence's old part is conveniently close.

The room was spacious and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Ameet was welcoming and attentive, which made the stay feel relaxing. The hotel is well located, with easy access to a tram station for getting to the attractions. The price felt high compared with similar places nearby. For two days it wasn't too noticeable, but I wouldn't stay longer at that rate. I'd have given it five stars if the price had been lower.

The owner was amazing, and our stay was wonderful. Best hotel staff in all of Italy! 10/10, I recommend it.

The hotel was really nice, with friendly staff, a roomy bedroom and bathroom, and even a balcony. It's well located near the tram. Breakfast came with Nutella and fresh croissants, and the workers were friendly. I wasn't keen on the restaurant because I found it overpriced. After I asked about the 10% discount the hotel advertised, the person serving us stopped smiling and became serious. Apart from that, it was a really nice stay.
