Our bus was an hour late, and the host didn’t answer our calls. Several people helped us try to reach her, but she only got back to us two hours later and then told us, “don’t come.” We had to change our plans and went to Rome. She didn’t try to communicate or help us at all. I think she’s a bad person.

A very negative experience I’d rather forget. I don’t recommend this place. The owner lied: she told me over the phone that the price included all the services, but after taking the money she said I could only use the room. There was everything, and more negative!

Our stay was disappointing. We booked in September and arrived last weekend, but the lady had forgotten about the child and hadn’t prepared a bed. There wasn’t room for one anyway, and the heating was off. We slept there for two nights with the child between two mattresses that kept sliding apart.

A clean, nice place with understanding staff. There isn’t anyone on staff who speaks English.

Really cozy and homey, with a nice older hostess. Her English was limited, but enough.
