The room was clean and they cleaned it every day, changing the towels daily too. The personnel were helpful, and there’s a fully working kitchen for preparing meals. Just be aware reception isn’t staffed all the time, so tell them when you’ll arrive and keep to that schedule. Recommended especially for groups, you’ll have fun with your friends.

The host was really nice, and the rooms were very clean. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station.

The rooms were nice and clean, and there’s a bus stop nearby. It’s only 8-10 minutes from the central station. The facilities include an oven, coffee machine, microwave, heating, fridge, and dishwasher.

SCAM ALERT. This is a hostel, not a hotel, and it feels like an absolute scam. The host Laurent is rude and mannerless. He charges the city tax as soon as you enter the gate, before even handing over the room keys. He says city tax has to be paid every day, as if guests might run off a few hours after paying for the room in advance. The rooms are tiny, and the washrooms are extremely small.

The owner was so warm and helpful, and the room was spotless and really nice. We had a great stay and I’d happily come back. I’d definitely recommend it.
