Getting into the room was a hassle. The hotel is inside a large apartment building, so you have to ring the bell to enter and then go up to the third floor. I waited about 20 minutes for someone to open the door. The whole setup felt very strange, and I wouldn't recommend visiting.

The place is modern, renovated, and clean, but our stay also had some real problems. The coffee machine needed descaling and couldn't be used, so we had to get breakfast at a bar. The owner took a while to answer the phone and let us in, and the radiators were off for our first night, which was cold. Housekeeping fixed the heating the following day. Since it was winter and Foggia had just had two days of strong winds, the old windows and doors rattled and let the wind whistle through the building, keeping us awake. We may just have been unlucky, but I can't strongly recommend it.

For a business trip, this place turned out better than I expected. The B&B has been fully renovated, even though the building itself is old and neglected. Inside, it's elegant, refined, and extremely clean. They were very flexible about what guests needed, with coffee, pastries, and refrigerated items available whenever. Excellent value for the money.

There was a bad smell in the shared area. For two people, we got just one bathroom kit: a single bar of soap and one sachet of shower gel. There was only one coffee pod too.
