The place felt more like an old private house than the property shown in the pictures. It sits far from Pietrasanta right beside a busy road, and there’s no parking at the house. Inside it was dark, with little sunlight and an unpleasant smell. For that price, there are more comfortable places to stay in the area. The staff were unfriendly and wouldn’t accept that we had cancelled our stay.

I really liked my one-night stay, even though a mix-up meant it was only one night. Just make sure to call or WhatsApp ahead if you’ll arrive after 8 pm. There’s no regular lobby or front desk, and when I turned up late I had to sleep somewhere else, lol. Also, there’s no elevator, so heavy bags are a pain. I’d still happily recommend the place.

Our weekend felt especially relaxing because Federica and Lisa were so attentive to our one-year-old son, which we really appreciated. They’re lovely hosts, and the thoughtful touches and warm welcome made us feel at home. The rooms are roomy, tastefully furnished, and inviting, and breakfast was superb. It’s a charming B&B in a peaceful, elegant setting. We’ll definitely come back.

We’re sure to stay here again. Pietrasanta is only about a five-minute drive away, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Federica and Lisa keep the property in great shape and greeted us with real warmth and kindness.

We’ve been here three times now and are happy with it every time. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms lovely, and breakfast is fantastic, everything tastes so good. The two girls who welcome you are friendly and full of enthusiasm. Well done!
