The room felt neglected, with worn, rough furnishings and unpleasant smells. The air was so stale that I can believe the other comments saying it’s hard to breathe in there. There was only one soap, and it looked old. The water came out cold, the toilet seat moved around, and the hairdryer was coming off the wall. The sheets and blankets had residue on them, as did the floor. I saw someone cleaning the room next door before I left in the morning, so I’m not saying they don’t clean at all, but the work seemed superficial. It would take very little to spare guests a miserable night.

Cleanliness was basically zero. The kitchen was disgusting, and the refrigerator had at least three inches of ice built up inside. The sheets were old, faded, and smelly, and instead of single sheets we got doubles thrown on a very old pouf. The cot I requested had broken slats. The place was filthy, and I wouldn’t have given it even one star.

February 2024. My daughter was one of several minors who arrived, and you didn’t ask for documents. She may look grown up, but she is a minor. You deserve to be reported, and the place was dirty too. Reply: I’m not the only one who has left this kind of review. I’ll repeat that my daughter is a minor, regardless of how old she looks, and you didn’t ask for documents. If you want me to take this further, I’ll call the finance department.

The owner was friendly, and the room was new, comfortable, and clean. Still, being at street level with no windows was a major downside, and we found the location terrible. We’d paid for three nights but had to leave after the second, with no refund, of course.
