This was the worst hotel ever. Unless you have no choice, don’t stay here. It was 44 C outside and the central air-conditioning only ran from 18:00 to 23:00, while inside it was 37C. If you want to use normal air-conditioning, they charge 5 Euro per day. Breakfast was an illusion, just 1 croissant. Foreign languages: -0. Hospitality: -0. Location: -0.

The owner was unfriendly and rude, the breakfast was poor, and the staff can’t speak English. There’s central Air Conditioner, but it runs only from 18h until midnight, during restaurant workhours. If you check in early in summer, good luck. There’s another option, an Air Conditioner in every room, but if you want to use it, the rudest owner I’ve ever seen will blackmail you for 5€ per day to get the remote control.

I spent seven days here on a business trip and came away feeling I’d wasted my money. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and when I asked about it after booking, they said they would allow the AC. There’s no breakfast menu, just coffee, and they charge if you ask for anything else. Also, nobody could speak even a word of English. I wouldn’t recommend this place to international visitors. It was the worst place I’ve stayed in Foggia.

We had a great dinner, and the staff followed the rules perfectly. In the pandemic period, this was the best New Year’s Eve we could have hoped for. Happy New Year!
