I had three problems during my stay, and each time I called the director, I was told there was no solution. Then I contacted booking.com, they called the director, and suddenly a solution appeared. These were basic things, like missing sheets and needing a receipt at the end of the stay. The director is supposed to solve problems, but wasn’t willing to until booking.com got involved. I gave one star because I couldn’t give less. Just don’t go there and you should be fine. 0/10, I’m never going back.

It’s my second stay at this complex. The staff are friendly, it’s clean, and WiFi is free. Our room for three had a kitchenette, table, double bed, TV, a pleasant balcony for some fresh air, and a small bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom had a shower but no bidet. They supplied bed linen and towels, plus a handy little kit with dish soap, a dish sponge, and a sponge for wiping counters, which I hadn’t seen before. The property isn’t new, but it still works well. Check-in and check-out take place at the Alaska Hotel, where guests can use the pool for free. That wasn’t mentioned in the reservation, so bring a swimsuit if you’d like to swim.
