Park Hotel Miramonti

The restaurant staff were welcoming, but the receptionist was cold, very rude and made me feel unwelcome. I needed water, so I went to the restaurant dispenser. The restaurant was still open, but he barged in, took the bottle I was using and said I wasn't allowed there. I'm a customer, and I paid for my room and for meals in the restaurant. He told me to get water in the room. At first he let us take water from the bar just outside the restaurant, but later, when I went back for some, he challenged me with, “What are you doing?” I've never experienced service this bad. It made my first day in Italy really unpleasant. The receptionist acted like he was my boss, even though customers paying for rooms are what provide his salary. He asked if I wanted to change hotels. I'd paid for my room, and I have the right to stay here.

My son had a good experience at his fencing summer camp here. The Front Desk staff were available to help him with whatever he needed.

Andrea, the owner, puts a lot of effort into keeping everything running smoothly. The service and staff are great, and the place was always clean and in perfect shape, especially considering we came with a big group of teenagers and kids. The location is convenient, with stunning views, easy parking, and hiking trails and the city centre within walking distance. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

I had the worst experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's probably the worst place I've stayed. The building feels very old and outdated and needs refurbishing. Bathroom doors couldn't be shut without getting stuck and not opening again, and the key cards were in awful condition, covered in sellotape and easy to break. The receptionist was especially rude and unwelcoming. He was constantly peering around the lounge to see what guests were doing, and looking into their bags to check for food from outside the hotel.
