The hotel is nice overall, and the food is lovely. They also take care with gluten-free meals. The accommodation could use some upgrades, especially the beds for children, but for the star rating and everything else, it’s acceptable.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and we’d happily recommend this hotel. The food was truly excellent, with good choices. Staff were always helpful and met our language struggles with a smile. We stayed at Hotel Vittoria as part of our holiday with The Ski Company, and Emma, the rep, was especially helpful and knowledgeable.

Having more than 60 teenagers with us could have been a challenge, but Deborah and her lovely team made the school group’s stay a pleasure. Jonathan, Luca, and the restaurant waiting staff were wonderful, always smiling and accommodating. Deborah has created a great experience at Hotel Victoria.

There’s a big parking area, and our room for three was spacious and always clean. Breakfast lost a star for me because the milk was expired two days in a row, until I asked them to replace it.

The room and bathroom were clean, and the room was a decent size. Great service, a good breakfast buffet, and nice amenities. It’s close to shops, though parking is limited.
