The people made the biggest difference for us. When one of my children got sick with a virus, the manager, owners, and cleaning staff all helped us. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they responded, and their kindness and empathy. We spent a week here as a family and found the interiors very comfortable, with a warm, familiar atmosphere. The location is excellent, right in the heart of a charming little village. We also loved the Italian food, from breakfast with regional cheese, different hams, fruit, and vegetables to the distinctive, very tasty dinners.

There’s private parking, a nice grill bar, and a children’s area. The hotel is attractive, tidy, and comfortable, with lifts to the floors and the emergency stairs outside. The staff were nice and friendly.

Free WiFi was a plus, but there were a lot of problems. The room furniture was worn, the safe didn’t work, and the shower had weak flow and water that wasn’t warm enough. The hotel controls the hot water temperature automatically instead of letting guests adjust it. Breakfast was modest. The sauna was usually unavailable, costs extra by the hour, and only runs from 16:00 to 19:00. You also have to book a time a couple of days ahead. The ski room heater didn’t work, and the receptionist spoke only Italian, not a word of any other language.
