Hotel Renzi

The dinners were excellent, every meal was incredible, and the price was really good, though of course that depends on who you book through. The rooms are small, but that was okay, and the cableway is about 200 metres away. Our bed sheets weren’t very clean, which was a small but disappointing issue. Still, it was a good choice and we’d stay here again.

The cleaning ladies were lovely, and somehow the food was the best part of the stay, even though it was awful. Beyond that, I had a terrible time. There were bugs in the hallways, no sockets in the room, and the window was sealed shut. The shower door was hanging off, and the wonky hinges meant the room door wouldn’t close properly. The staff were blunt, and the other guests were possibly the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’d literally rather die than stay here again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The food was bland, not tasty, and served in small portions. Wi-Fi costs 4 euro for ten hours and is terrible. There was a big language barrier, and the drinks were overpriced. Rooms are small, with too few bed sheets, and the shower door was broken along with several other things, including the fridge and safe. The windows open too easily and seem unsafe for children. When the maids cleaned, they scrunched up our clean clothes and threw them onto the bed. The whole place feels overrated, overpriced, and overhyped.

We loved the location and the food, and the staff were really friendly and nice. Breakfast is the one thing that could be better.
