The room was clean and pleasant, and we liked having a balcony. Prices are reasonable. The difficult part was the host's somewhat hostile, passive-aggressive response when we wouldn't complete the 35-step self-check-in. It required WhatsApp, which we don't use, and sending photos of our travel documents ahead of time, something we don't do before meeting in person.

The room was comfortable and warm, and the bathroom was basic but clean. Check-in and departure were both handled really well. The place is right in the center, a short walk from Piazza della Repubblica and easy to reach on foot from the train station. We were in Foligno for a couple of nights to see family and friends. It was a lovely stay, and the value for money is definitely worth considering.

My first stay here was really good, so it's upsetting to leave this review after coming back with seven people. The location is fantastic and the rooms are lovely, but this time the rooms weren't clean or properly prepared. I'm not sure what changed over the year between my visits. My friends were very unhappy, which was such a shame.

What a shame. A room only needs a few basics to feel clean and welcoming: vacuum under the beds, clean the bathroom, dust the headboard, and check that everything's in order before shutting the door.
