The owner was kind, but came across as dismissive at check-in. When explaining things, he left out the breakfast information. The apartment is in a quiet spot right in the heart of Foligno, a short walk from the main square and train station. The room is simple and comfortable, though its bathroom is outside the room and shared with other guests. Even with that small drawback, I’d still recommend it.

The price felt far too high for the inconvenience and the amenities provided, and I’m sure I wouldn’t stay here again if I’m back in the area. There’s no parking, and with the ZTL in effect, you have to arrive on foot. There’s no free parking nearby, so getting there with suitcases was an ordeal. Check-in is at the time the manager decides. We stayed overnight without breakfast the next day. Towels weren’t changed, so you might have to use the same ones for a week. Cleanliness was lacking too, with dust under the bed and nightstands. The remote was sticky, there was no fridge in the room, and the toilet paper seemed to be reused rather than replaced with a fresh roll.

New and clean accommodation in a handy central spot, close to the attractions and amenities. The owners were friendly and helpful, and it’s good value for money. Breakfast could use some improvement, though 😉.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well organized. It’s right in the city center and easy to reach on foot from the station.
