My single room had both a double bed and a single bed, plus a TV, Wi-Fi, shower, fridge, and the essentials. I stayed for one night while in Foligno and was very comfortable. I’d definitely book here again if I return. The location gets only three stars because it isn’t especially close to the center. But I had no trouble getting around on foot, so it worked out fine for me! Satisfied :)

It’s a handy base for visiting Foligno, Assisi, Spello, and Rasiglia. The apartment is simple, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. A kitchen would’ve been useful, and there isn’t even a table for breakfast, which is a shame.

I had to give one star, though I wouldn't give any. There was no courtesy at all, as if they were doing us a favor while taking our money. I strongly wouldn't recommend staying here again.

The owners were so kind. It's about a 10-minute walk from the center.

Everything was great, from the clean rooms and friendly service to the location.
