Casa Zia Cianetta

The breakfast room is lovely, with its long table full of excellent pastries, fresh and dried fruit, and a huge fireplace. Just a few meters away there's the Michelin-starred restaurant Une and a deli that's always open. Zia Cianetta's House felt peaceful and welcoming, largely thanks to the owner, who's open, attentive, and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we had a very pleasant stay.

We were staying in what felt like a quiet, green escape from everyday life, with a family atmosphere and a good base for seeing Umbria and Marche. The B&B was wonderful, and our room was actually a whole wing of the building. It looked like something out of a movie. Every detail was carefully looked after, and the cleanliness was unlike anything I'd experienced before. Breakfast was homemade and authentic, enjoyed with the other guests in a beautiful, refined room full of objects that seemed to tell stories of the past. Rinaldo was the real highlight: available and attentive, yet discreet, and ready with useful suggestions for places to visit. He told us the history of the Residence and Zia Cianetta through to the 1997 earthquake. It was a beautiful story that helped us appreciate the B&B's immense value even more. Congratulations to Rinaldo and his wife. We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying here and felt at home. It's such a peaceful, relaxing place. Mr. Rinaldo was very helpful, and both the room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean.

This family-run place was exceptional. The owners treated us like close family and took such good care of us. It's a great base for visiting all the surrounding areas. Thanks again for everything, we'll definitely return.
